Answers like this when asking if there is actually butter in plum butter.

"Short and sweet: Fruit butter means the fruit is mashed/ground till smooth then boiled and sweetened till thick. Nope no butter. Jam on the other hand has chunks of fruit in it. Jelly is only juice."

I don't think I knew any of those things.
